About the lawsuit

This advertising relates to Brule, et al. v. Strada Services, LLC, et al., Case No. 2026-CA-002324-ON, pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, filed July 22, 2026. The complaint asserts claims against Strada Services, LLC (formerly known as Strada Services, Inc., and doing business as Strada Electric and Strada Electric & Security) and Joseph H. Strada, Jr., arising from the alleged installation of copper-clad steel conductors as grounding electrode conductors in newly constructed Florida homes. The complaint's factual assertions are allegations only. The defendants have not admitted the allegations, are entitled to contest them, and no court has made any finding of fault, wrongdoing, or liability against any defendant.
